1. Description of Service
The Diagnosis provides an online AMC exam preparation platform for International Medical Graduates. The service includes MCQ question banks, mock exams, performance analytics, and study planning tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the service for lawful purposes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@thediagnosis.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account with others, or using another person's account, is prohibited and may result in termination.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time except under our Pass Guarantee (see below).
5. Pass Guarantee
The Pass Guarantee plan includes a full refund if you do not pass the AMC MCQ exam within the plan period, subject to the following conditions:
- You must have completed at least 1,500 practice questions during the plan period.
- You must have completed at least two full mock exams.
- You must provide your official AMC result notification as proof.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your result.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including questions, explanations, clinical scenarios, and study materials — is the intellectual property of The Diagnosis or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without our express written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, extract, or systematically download content from the platform.
- Use automated tools to access the service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security features.
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Diagnosis is a study preparation tool and does not guarantee exam success. Our content is prepared by doctors and reviewed for accuracy, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or current. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Diagnosis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
